Self Pick-Up
If you prefer to collect your order, select "Self Pick-Up" at checkout. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick-up at various location. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team at beintouch@packyard.in After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled as it may have already been processed.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
